In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days - except in the following cases explicitly permitted under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

    •    Digital content delivered immediately after purchase, where you have given express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery.
    •    Custom or made-to-order goods, including physical art prints produced specifically upon order.
