Refund policy

At Atelier N7, we offer two types of products: digital downloads and physical art prints.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and files are delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to receive immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal. If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us — we are happy to help.

Physical Art Prints
Each print is made to order. Returns are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note: frames are not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
